6. Am I always charged ticket fees, even if I purchase tickets in person?
Yes, ticket fees are applied to ALL tickets sold through the Ent Center for the Arts Box Office and the ticket price is the same whether you purchase with us in-person, over the phone, or online.
7. I am unable to attend my scheduled performance, what are my ticket options?
Give the Box Office a call at 719-255-8181 and we will work with you to exchange your tickets, which may result in an exchange fee. Please note: Ent Center for the Arts has a no-refund policy on tickets sold through its box office and all sales are final.
8. Can I bring food or drink into the theater spaces?
Pinney's Cafe will open one hour prior to select performances. Concessions and beverages may be purchased at the café and enjoyed in the lobby. Currently, due to COVID refreshments and snacks cannot be brought into the performance or theater. Outside food and drink are not permitted.
9. What is the dress code for an event at the Ent Center?
There is no formal dress code to attend performances at the Ent Center for the Arts. We recommend bringing layers, as the temperature in the theaters can fluctuate during the performances. Coat racks are available during chilly evenings.
